About the Association

Krishna Tower is a 81-flat residential building at Krishnalok Phase-2, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. Its proposed name is Krishna Tower Owners Welfare Society (pending final approval at the General Body Meeting). Its owners are forming an Association of Apartment Owners (AOA) — the legal body, under the UP Apartment Act 2010 and the Societies Registration Act 1860, that will maintain the building, manage its common areas, and represent owners collectively.

Why an Association

• Transparency — one official record of decisions, dues, and documents, visible to every owner.
• Continuity — the building is run by an elected committee, not by any one individual, with no office bearer holding the same post more than three consecutive years.
• Reach — several owners live abroad; this website lets everyone stay informed and take part from anywhere.
• A clean handover — the Association secures the corpus fund, assets, warranties, and pending works from the builder on behalf of all owners.

Why this website

Formed at the first owners' meeting on 06 September 2026, the idea was simple: use technology to bring transparency, save everyone time, money and effort, make it easy to collect people's views, and reach every owner — because everyone has a phone and internet.

This site is, and will remain, the Association's neutral home — not a personal or commercial page.
